Romantic and Intimate Summertime New River Gorge Elopement
Beauty Mountain is by far my favorite location to photograph New River Gorge Elopements. Anytime couples ask me my advice on the best elopement locations, I always recommend it over so many other gems here in New River Gorge National Park. When Rachel and Tim reached out for a mid-Summer elopement I couldn’t wait to suggest it. You not only get from the car quick access to some of the best views around Fayetteville, but endless backdrops for stunning portraits.
New River Gorge Elopements are special to me as I’ve been photographing couples here now for 14 years and every elopement at Beauty Mountain is unique. Whether its rolling clouds in the Gorge or early Fall vibes giving a slight chill in the air, they are always breathtaking.I love them. Now pair that with the best officiant around, The Vow Guy, than its always going to be smooth and precise.

New River Gorge Elopements are, well, all about the view – beyond the couple of course. And Rachel and Tim were both humble in their stunning looks. I cannot believe how gorgeous Rachel looked after master hair-stylist Kelsey Waybright, got her hair just perfect. And Tim in his custom suit was the epitome of handsome. After a quick ceremony we got around for some couples portraits at just some of the amazing locations that the Gorge always offers.
