Sunny Summersville Lake Engagement through the woods and along the lake.

I simply loved this Summersville Lake engagement session with Emma & Alan. I’m photographing their wedding later this Summer and am always stoked to get the couple in front of the camera before their wedding day. We met up a property the family owns in Summersville that has long been a sentimental place for Emma. Full of rock croppings, ferns and rhododendron it was pretty magical – I so feel Emma!

After some wooded sessions we made our way out to Summersville Lake at a location that Alan proposed to Emma at. It was freaking perfect! Perfect high sun and not overly hot. We finally made it down to get their feet weight at a boat put-in. I loved the ismplisty of this session and Emma and Alan were so natural that I can’t wait for their wedding.
