Laid back hazy vibe wedding in the New River Gorge

The Gaines Estate Weddings are simply gorgeous. Nestled right in the small town of Fayetteville, this venue always delivers with its sophisticated house and event hall as well as its large wooded area and open pasture. Living here in Fayetteville, the Gaines Estate has truly become one of my favorite venues not for these reasons alone, but because the staff is a pleasure to work with. You should definitely check it out of you are looking to have a wedding in the New River Gorge.

When Katie and Tennyson first approached me to document their wedding they said jokingly they were shooting to have it on 4/20/23. Yes, and the ceremony started at 4:20 as well. This couple really love their cannabis and for that I love them even more. They all got ready at The Gaines Estate, but the ceremony was to be held at St. Peters and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill. Its a really nice and thought-out church, which is an easy drive from The Gaines Estate.

The Gaines Estate Weddings Are Pure Romance

Katie and Tennyson love the heck out of each other. This is one of those weddings that rage and party and just full of joy. EJ Price with Play DJEJ is such offers such a rad DJ service he kept the hits coming and the party moving. These types of weddings don’t always happen. I felt incredibly honored ot be tasked with documenting this. The photos below are just some from their set and I sure do love sharing them with you.
